Ganache

What is ganache? 

A ganache is a smooth confection, usually made by combining melted chocolate, or sometimes cocoa powder, and cream. It’s most commonly used to decorate cakes (such as the highly popular chocolate drip cakes) and as a filling for chocolate truffles and bonbons. Ganache can be flavoured in a variety of ways, including alcohol, flavouring oils and drops, or ambient fruit purées

Our selection of convenient and delicious, ready-made chocolate ganache products are made with the highest quality chocolate and come as either a firm, cuttable mass or a pipeable semi-liquid. Choose from white chocolate ganache or dark chocolate ganache, and flavoured or unflavoured. Simply warm the ganache in a microwave and pipe into your chocolate shells or onto your cake.
